Lomax System required a comprehensive range of modular construction hoarding products that could be manufactured efficiently, assembled quickly on-site, and withstand harsh construction environments. The design challenge was creating a system where components worked for multiple scenarios and assembled well together regardless of site conditions.
The products combine concrete-filled rotational moulding with custom metal fabricated posts — a deliberate multi-process approach that balances the weight and stability requirements of a free-standing structural system with the geometric precision needed for modular assembly. Each component had to perform reliably across a wide range of configurations while remaining straightforward to install without specialist equipment.
The range expanded iteratively based on customer feedback and site requirements, growing to over a dozen tools and reaching international markets across Australia, UAE, UK, and USA. The design partnership has remained ongoing, with continued development and range extensions as the system evolves.
