Britec set out to improve their original DryerStand and expand it into a comprehensive product range. The first-generation DryerStand was strengthened, made lighter, and redesigned for greater adaptability.
Lessons learned from the DryerStand were applied to the development of the DryerStand Maxi and the Washer Base for front-load washing machines. The initial workflow involved local prototyping, which later transitioned to offshore manufacturing, with regular videos and sample units shipped to Australia for testing and feedback.
The range now includes multiple products — including combinations of the original three stands, specialised versions, and various add-ons to complement the lineup. In addition to development and CAD work, renderings and animations were created to showcase the products and enhance assembly instructions.
